1)主要简介

Frank,男,195611月生,英国籍新加坡华裔,国家千人计划教授、英国机械工程师学会院士、英国皇家船舶工程师学会院士中国石油大学(北京)机械工程硕士生导师、博士生导师。超过三十余年的浮式及水下生产系统的实际工程经验,负责的项目几乎涉及深水的所有领域,包括钻井、立管设计及水下装置等成功地开发了单束站立式立管技术(single line free standing risers),并将该技术引进至西非和巴西的项目中国际最前沿的深水海床采矿领域的领先专家(海底水深6000米),全面掌握目前国际领先的垂直运输系统的前沿技术

2) 教育和工作经历

1977-1980年,英国Liverpool University 机械工程系本科;

1980-1983年,英国Liverpool University机械工程博士学位;

1983-1985年,VO Offshore公司从事浮式及水下生产系统涉及各领域的工程及分析工作,任高级工程师

1985-1989年,John Brown Engineers & Constructors公司,负责立管、张力腿平台及浮式生产装置的设计工作,任首席造船工程师

1989-1993年,Cameron Offshore Engineering公司带领和管理一个部门从事浮式及水下生产装置的控制和过程系统的设计及设备的测试、安装和调试

1993-1998年,McDermott Marine Construction公司,负责油田开发研究,系统及装置设计、陆上/海上测试及水下技术等,任水下系统技术总监

1998-至今,在2H Offshore公司负责公司在立管和水下系统及部件设计能力的发展和管理,任公司三位总裁之一。

[5] 巴西国家石油公司(PetrobrasP51P52项目的原油输出单束站立式立管系统(SLOR)的前端工程设计2009.

[6] 埃克森美孚(ExxonMobil)公司Kizomba AB 深水油气田开发中使用的单束站立式立管系统(SLOR2006.

[7] 2H公司和Saipem公司应用于干式井口驳船的顶部张紧立管系统(TTR)从概念设计阶段发展至实际商业化应用2003

[8] BP公司Foinaven第一个大西洋前沿油田开发项目,水下系统集成测试经理,负责所有水下系统入水安装前的的物理和功能接口测试,1998.
