Energy and Power Engineering

 Objectives
This program is designed to train senior engineering talents, who can embark on a career in the field of energy and power engineering, including designing and manufacturing, technology development, application research, operation management and sales. It also nurtures students’ pioneering spirit and creative skills to adapt to the rapid development of science and technology.

Graduation & Degree Requirements
Students are required to complete a minimum of 178.5 credits for graduation, among which 105 credits from required courses, 42.5 credits from elective courses and 31 from practical courses. They also have to pass CET 4 to gain the Bachelor’s degree.
 
Career prospects
Most of our graduates filled responsible positions relating to energy and power engineering in petroleum institutions. Some graduates also pursue further studies.
