Objectives 

The program, oriented toward an all-around development of students, is also to cultivate them into specialized talents who can meet the needs of social economic development with profound knowledge of English language and literature, a broad understanding of humanities and social sciences, a good command of petroleum engineering basics and an outstanding mastery of abilities in study, critical thinking, innovation and cooperation.
