Research Center for China's Petroleum and natural gas industry was established in March 2010, with Professor Dong Xiucheng served as the director. With advanced research level, vibrant scientific thoughts and frequent academic communication and outstanding research characteristics, the center aims to become a research and innovation base for economic research of petroleum and natural gas industry, as well as one of the Think Tanks for those national administrative departments and huge petroleum enterprises.

Unite Research Center for International Economy and Climate
The Unite Research Center for International Economy and Climate was established in December 2012 by the school of business and administration, Uppsala University in Sweden and Grant Macewan University in Canada, with Professor Feng Lianyong as the director. The research areas of this center include oil peak and influences, energy economic problems, non-conventional fossil energy economic and environmental issues and other related fields in energy and climate change.
