高小永,男,19853月生,山东安丘人,博士,控制科学与工程硕士生导师。主要从事复杂工业过程系统工程、海洋石油生产水下生产系统工程等领域的研究。海洋工程研究院水下控制研究中心主任,中国化工学会会员,中国系统工程学会会员,IEEE Member
