摘要  介孔分子筛材料含有丰富的介孔,它不仅具备微孔分子筛良好的热稳定性和水热稳定性、优异的选择性和活性,而且由于介孔的引入改善了其对大分子的吸附和扩散性能,成为多孔催化材料研究领域的热点。合理地调节孔道结构与表面酸性,成为提高分子筛反应效率、延长其使用寿命的有效途径。本文从介孔分子筛材料的合成方法角度,重点概述了介孔Y型分子筛以及介孔ZSM-5 分子筛制备方法的研究现状。

Abstract

  Mesoporous zeolitic materials, which are defined as the crystalline zeolite materials containing a large amount of mesopores, have become an important topic in the field of porous catalyst materials. That is because they not only have high heat and hydrothermal stability, significant shape selectivity and high activity, but also improve the a sorption and diffusion of large molecules due to the presence of mesopores. Appropriately adjusting the structure of the pores and surface acidity becomes an effective way to improve the reaction efficiency and prolong the working lifetime of ZSM-5 zeolite. In this paper the research status of methods of synthesizing mesoporous Y and ZSM-5 zeolites is presented.
