7.人才培养情况
课题组研究生20人,已毕业研究生13人。课题组科研氛围浓厚、实验表征仪器设施完善,科研成果突出。2021学年课题组内2名学生荣获研究生国家奖学金,课题组获“2021年研究生十佳课题组”、“优秀导学团队” 等荣誉称号,课题组科技成果转化氛围浓厚,获北京市优秀创业团队二等奖,互联网+大赛铜奖等实践创新奖项。
课题组学生毕业后部分赴北京航空航天大学、南开大学、中国石油大学(北京)攻读博士学位,部分学生就职于中石油规划院、中石化上海设计院、中海油天津设计院、中科合成油等大型国企,部分学生就职于宁德时代CATL、贝特瑞BTR等大型新能源科技公司
