The Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) is an international standardized test for Chinese language proficiency administered by CTI Co., Ltd. (CTI), a specialized international Chinese language education and testing service company. HSK assesses Chinese learners' abilities to use Chinese as a second language in their daily, academic, and professional lives through a standardized examination and evaluation with a uniform grading and scoring system.

Ⅰ. HSK registration

HSK (written test) and HSKK (Oral test) must be registered at the same time, which is the regulation of Hankao International.

Ⅱ. Requirements for HSK

1. Chinese class: HSK4 written test must be more than 222 points, can enter the undergraduate major study.

2. Undergraduate (taught in English) : must pass HSK4 (written test 180 points or above).

3. Undergraduate (taught in Chinese) : must pass HSK5 (written test 180 points or above).

4. Postgraduate students (taught in English) : must pass the HSK3 (written test 180 points or above).

5. Postgraduate students (taught in Chinese) : must pass HSK5 (written test 180 points or above).

Note:

(1) Students must take the offline test at our university, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), the scores of other test centers and online tests will not be recognized by our school.

(2) If you do not pass the corresponding level of HSK test, you will not be awarded the degree certificate.

Ⅲ. HSK Test time and notice

1. Our school has HSK test every semester, and the specific test time will be announced at the beginning of each semester.

2. When the exam registration starts, it will be notified in the wechat group, everyone pay attention to the group message, especially pay attention to the registration deadline.

Ⅳ. Matters needing attention for HSK test

1. The admission ticket will be generated about a week before the test, you can log in to the registration website to view.

2. The office will print the admission ticket for everyone, and notify everyone in the group to the office to get it.

3.  Please bring your admission ticket, passport, 2B pencil and eraser to the test room.

4. If cheating is found during the exam, Hankao International will cancel the exam score and ban the exam for two years according to the seriousness of the case.

Ⅴ.  HSK test scores

1. Test results come out one month after the test.

2. HSK score report will be sent directly by Hankao International to the candidate at the address specified during registration. About 45 days after the test.
