About graduation

Undergraduate students:

1. Students taught in Chinese must pass HSK5 (180 points or above in written test).

2. Students taught in English must pass HSK4 (180 points or above in written test).

3. ① Complete all required courses in the training program, ② meet the required scores of elective courses, ③ meet the total credits required by the training program. Students who meet the above conditions can graduate.

4, Meet the graduation requirements, but the HSK score does not meet the requirements, can be issued a graduation certificate, not a degree certificate.

5, Undergraduate students who, at the end of four years of study, have not completed all courses in the training program, but have earned 70% of the total credits required. Can be completed, issued a certificate of completion, no degree certificate. Such students are Completed students.

6. Completed students can continue to study in the next two years. After meeting the graduation requirements, they can apply for a graduation certificate and issue a degree certificate at the same time.

7. The time to apply for the graduation certificate is in June, September and December each year. If you meet the graduation requirements before the application time, you can apply for the graduation certificate within the specified time.

8. At the end of the four years of study, students who have obtained less than 70% of the total credits cannot graduate.

Postgraduate students:

1. Students taught in Chinese must pass HSK5 (180 points or above in written test).

2. Students taught in English must pass HSK3 (180 points or above in written test).

3. Complete all courses in the training plan.

4. Pass the thesis defense.

5, Complete other requirements of the major, such as publishing papers.

6, Students need to apply for graduation and degree in the postgraduate system.

7. Special reminder:

Doctoral students should complete the thesis proposal before the beginning of the fourth semester, and it should be no less than 18 months from the thesis proposal to the submission for review.

Three-year master students should complete the thesis proposal before the beginning of the fourth semester, and it should take no less than 10 months from the thesis proposal to the submission for review.

Two-year master students should complete the thesis proposal within one month of the beginning of the third semester, and it should take no less than 6 months from the thesis proposal to the submission for evaluation.
