On the afternoon of November 4th, the 2020 Scholarship Award Ceremony of School of Petroleum Engineering was held in lecture Hall 410, Student Activity Center. CUPB deputy Party secretary and vice President Han Shangfeng, Director of Academic Affairs Liang Yongtu, Director of student Affairs Zhuang Yulin, Dean of degrees Office, Graduate School Geng Jiaojiao,vice Dean of the College of International Education, the Office Director of the University Foundation Cheng Dongmei, Dean of the School of Petroleum Engineering Zhang Guangqing , vice Dean of the School of Petroleum Engineering Tian Shouceng attended the ceremony and gave awards to students who have won "Wang Hongxun Petroleum Engineering Scholarship", "Professor Lang Zhaoxin  Encouragement Scholarship" and "Top-10 Student Scholarship of The School of Petroleum Engineering".The award ceremony was hosted by Zhang Guangqing, the dean of the School of Petroleum Engineering.

2017 undergraduate ABAL-HASSAN FADHULI SAID ABDILLAH DJAMALILLAIL won the "Best International Student Scholarship". ABAL-HASSAN FADHULI SAID ABDILLAH DJAMALILLAIL, 23, is a senior undergraduate in petroleum engineering from the Comoros. In school, he ranked the first in academic performance in his major, actively participated in extracurricular  activities and social practice, and achieved excellent overall performance. He was awarded the The 11th Wang Tao Meritocracy Scholarship.
