In December 2020, the "Sunset in the Morning" English Volunteer Tutoring Activity for retired faculty and staffs of CUPB, organized by the Youth Volunteer Association of CUPB, was held as scheduled. The main content of this activity is to help the retired staffs of the university with English. In the form of cooperation between Chinese and international students, Chinese students teach key knowledge, and international students help the retired staff with oral practice.

International students from Tanzania, South Sudan, Liberia and Sudan, such as KAMBI SAID JUMA, FABIO CHRIS KUOT AGOTH, GAYFLOR OBEDIAH FLOMO and MAIZAB FATHI AHMED ALTAIEB, served as English tutoring volunteers. In the process of volunteer service, international students make use of their language advantages, patiently answer the questions of retired staffs, actively cooperate with Chinese students, and enthusiastically carry out exchanges. The classroom atmosphere is very harmonious and active. After the activity, the Youth Volunteer Association of CUPB issued the certificate to the international students who participated in the volunteer service.
