王小琼,副研究员,硕士生导师。研究领域:非常规油气岩石物理及其应用研究。主要开展非常规储层岩石力学、岩石物理、地质力学、地层压力预测、可压性评价及压后裂缝系统评价等研究,以用于甜点地球物理评价和致密储层的高效改造。
